Billy Hung, a.k.a B.S.M, is an artist in constant transformation, leaving the promising career in practice of law, and was inspired by the spirit of graffiti, he made it his life-long objective to share the joy and inspiration of graffiti, and to make a positive difference in the community.

Evolving through various graffiti styles, he grown up as a contemporary artist to the current day. He is best known for his stencil and neon-light style graffiti and constantly travelling around the globe to make art.

His work has been featured in prestigious events like World Art Dubai 2024 and the Affordable Art Fair 2025, where he remains a crowd favorite. Additionally, collaborates with global brands and has been commissioned to create a 2.5 mteres tall Maneki-Neko mural in Taiwan.

He is also the first foreign street artist being invited to perform live painting at the historical site of Uto Shrine in Aomori in 1,200 years hostory. Exhibited in Hanshin Department Store Umeda main Branch in Osaka, and Matsuzakaya Nagoya, Daimaru Tokyo, Japan.
